The Chandelier mini dress by Banned Apparel is a sassy Goth-y confection in black stretch velvet with an embossed damask style all-over romantic pattern of ornate chandeliers with dripping candles, roses, and crescent moons. Black lace trim runs along the bust and shoulders of the square neckline with a black satin ribbon lace-up notched vee detail with pleated ruffled short sleeves. The slightly flared skirt hits above the knee and has (always a welcome addition) POCKETS!
