How do I return an item?
We understand that when purchasing online sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please read our Return Policy completely BEFORE sending an item!

PLEASE NOTE that without this, regular return policy restrictions apply. SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE!
We do NOT do refunds. Sorry! We do returns for store credit. Here are the particulars:
Sale and discounted items are non-returnable!
You have 48 hours from the date your item was received to notify email@example.com and let us know the context of your return. After you have contacted us, you have 14 days from the date your item was received to mail the item back to us.
You will receive the price of the item you are returning in store credit (this does NOT include the cost of shipping). It is the customer's responsibility to pay all costs/taxes due to shipping. Exchanges can be made when you contact customer service. We will place the item you would like to exchange for on hold. Once your returned item is received we will ship your exchange in 2-3 processing days.
Items that cannot be returned:
*Returning shoes? A shoebox is NOT a shipping box. Please return shoes in the original shoebox within a shipping box
Items returned must:
The items you return should not show any evidence of wear. This means NO: deodorant stains, smoke or perfume scents, animal hair, makeup, smudges, tears or holes, stains of any kind, etc.
We send it out nicely, so please send it back nicely to us!
