
How do I return an item? We understand that when purchasing online sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please read our Return Policy completely BEFORE sending an item! RETURN POLICY We do NOT do refunds. Sorry! We do returns for store credit. Here are the particulars: Sale and discounted items are non-returnable! You will receive the price of the item you are returning in store credit (this does NOT include the cost of shipping). It is the customer's responsibility to pay all costs/taxes due to shipping. Exchanges can be made when you contact customer service. We will place the item you would like to exchange for on hold. Once your returned item is received we will ship your exchange in 2-3 processing days.
